Our client, the CEO of a marketing company, felt that their company was missing out on the opportunities that the Chinese market could offer. Despite pitching for China marketing engagements with their existing client base in Europe and through on spec pitches, the company had yet to win any China-related projects.
 
Through a series of one to one sessions, we revised the company’s strategy to include a clear China component. The new approach harnesses their 
considerable expertise and reach in Europe and focuses on helping Chinese clients in the markets where the client already has a foothold. Through the sessions, our client developed the confidence to put a stop to their blanket approach to China business development and divert resources into the new plan.   Our client reports that the new strategy is resulting in savings on business development, and the company is winning projects and expanding through this new business stream.
